Donna B has been fantastic to work with. She reaches out to let me know about errors before I know my team has even made them. I pushed hard for certain features before we launched. At the time, Terryberry had not done them before, so it took some extra development time. But they got it all done perfectly, just the way I wanted. I'm not sure if it's the case now. But at the time, they had to get approval for projects and I think it would have been beneficial if they had been allowed more creative freedom without such a strict approval process. The team saw the value in the features I was requesting; it would have been beneficial to Terryberry and me if the staff could have just proceeded.
