Having everything centralized in one place is incredibly valuable. As a salesperson, it saves me both time and effort, allowing me to work more efficiently. Instead of navigating multiple platforms or juggling various tools, I have a single, streamlined point of administration. This makes it easy to manage tasks, access essential information, and focus on building relationships with clients rather than on time-consuming administrative work. It’s a huge advantage, simplifying my workflow and enabling me to dedicate my energy where it truly matters.

**What do you dislike about Terret.ai?**

-Certain forecasting options are not as accurate as we would hope, which unfortunately results in additional effort on our end. These limitations mean that we often need to invest extra time in manually adjusting or verifying data to achieve a reliable forecast. This added layer of work can disrupt workflow efficiency and delay strategic planning processes, especially when accuracy is critical. As a result, these forecasting tools sometimes fall short of our needs, prompting us to explore ways to enhance precision and streamline the process moving forward.

**What do you like best about Terret.ai?**

I really like the Auto-fill feature for MEDDPICC that Terret.ai has, which fills out metrics, decision criteria, the paper process, and economic buyer information automatically based on calls. It's a real game changer because it gives me easy access to everything needed for accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting and helps ensure my reps hit their pipegen targets. The AI tools in Terret.ai were a big reason my team and I decided to switch from Salesforce, as they enhance forecasting rollup and provide better reporting from a pipeline building perspective.

**What do you dislike about Terret.ai?**

I don't have any specifics. It does everything I asked for in the original ask from my CRO once we decided we were going to look at Revenue tools.

**What do you like best about Terret.ai?**

I like the simplicity of Terret.ai. I appreciate how it gives us clarity around each sales rep's forecasting and how those forecasts roll up to each sales leader. I find it valuable that Terret.ai helps pull insights from conversations into Salesforce CRM. We use features like forecast roll-ups, Week-over-Week pipeline changes by rep/manager, risk assessment, and AI insights the most. The initial setup was easy, especially because I had used Terret in my prior job.

The quality of AI insights is not always consistent. Would like to have the ability to get AI insights across a pool of accounts/opportunities.

**What do you like best about Terret.ai?**

I love using Boost up. It has some amazing native features that make working with it so simple. It's abilioty to customise your views for your organistaion is a game changer though. I feel like there is not one issue that we haven't been able to fully solve. A stand out is RevBI. I love having the ability to create dashboards in the tool itself.

**What do you dislike about Terret.ai?**

I would love to see more articles/ user viedos on their website. or even courses that users can take to become familiar with the tool. The support team is amazing and always quick to repsond and help out. I just personally love having videos on the internet to fall back on. The only missing feature we need is hierarchy forecasting. on our director levels we want to look at region rather than person.

It gives us the ability to forecast as often as we want, as well as report on these forecasts. it takes away the need of spreadsheets to contro this highly important data. It also allows us to control how much information users are able to see.

BoostUp.ai gives real-time, AI-powered insights into my sales pipeline, helping me forecast revenue accurately. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, and I love how it integrates with Salesforce and other CRM tools. Its deal inspection and activity tracking features help my team stay on top of follow-ups and performance goals without manual effort. I’ve seen better team collaboration and higher forecast confidence since using it.

The platform is powerful, but it can feel slightly overwhelming for first-time users due to its wide range of features. The mobile experience could be improved—it sometimes lacks the smooth navigation of the desktop version. Also, pricing may be a bit high for small teams or startups.

**What do you like best about Terret.ai?**

I love the easy integration to SFDC. BoostUp is my go-to every morning to review our forecast and I can make updates that easily sync to SFDC, I can review team notes, and get a great clean view of the current quarter forecast as well as future quarters. I also love how I can quickly and easily review previous quarters. Integrations with other tools also allow me to quickly see engagement between our team and the client.

**What do you dislike about Terret.ai?**

I personally had a bit of a learning curve in navigating the tool and setting my filters for the views I wanted. I also do not think I'm leveraging all of the features enough. Having intool navigation / training or even some hands-on training with the BoostUp team would help me leverage more of what I think BoostUp has to offer.

**What problems is Terret.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary issue it is solving for me is clear and accurate forecasting and visibility into whats happening with deals both in current and future quarters. BoostUp makes this very easy and the integrations with other tools such as SFDC allow me and my team to update one location and have that push/pull into other areas where we need the data. I use the tool every day including forecast meetings, pipeline reviews, and 1:1's.

Knowing the forecast of all teams in a region is easy to navigate and the powerful insights it provides gives a clear understanding about the deal closing probability. Its integration with SalesForce and the two-way synch is extremely accurate and helpful. I use it on a daily basis to go over deals with my team.

**What do you dislike about Terret.ai?**

I feel that the search feature is very unflexible (a comma, blank or parenthesis out of order) causes it to return no results. 
on the other hand, sometimes the amount of results it gives makes it hard to pinpoint the right opportunity.

**What problems is Terret.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BoostUp.ai has made me aware of every deal in the pipeline, and understand quickly with actionable insights the closing probability. The way the Business Inteligence embedded in BoostUp.ai understands all actors and interactions, the analytics on the communications and meeting frequency, instantly generating a score, allows for proactive reactions and action plans to be put in place to bring the deals back to the desired state.

I like that Boostup keeps all opportunities in an organized (and easy to manipulate) dashboard. This allows me to keep track of deals and keep up to date on status. I also appreciate that it's collaborative so that I can have check-ins with leadership without having to provide extra details and back and forth since everything is in Boostup.

**What do you dislike about Terret.ai?**

I wish there were more robust in-line editing fields that could pipe back into Salesforce. Would be nice to make updates in Bostup reports such as Stage and ACV.

Boostup gives me a place to see all of my deals in one place and make sure they're accurate and up to date. Conversely, it allows leadership to review and understand my pipeline without a lot of internal discussion since what they need is already there! This saves a lot of time and confusion compared to companies where we didn't have a tool like this.

The platform is very easy to use and has a great integrations with Salesforce. I can have a wholistic view of my opportiunities when in BoostUp and can easily update opps from one centralized location. Which helps me provide a clean and updated forecast to my leadership every week.

I wish their was more characters given for the notes section currently my environment only allows for 150 characters which sometimes preventing me from giving a fully detailed update.

BoostUp has significantly improved the accuracy of my forecasts. By providing a centralized location to update all my opportunities, I’ve saved a considerable amount of time. I can quickly add notes, update the opportunity stage, set close dates, and adjust forecast values with ease. Since incorporating BoostUp into our processes, my percentage of closed business has increased by 30%. I believe this improvement is largely due to the enhanced deal control BoostUp has provided, allowing me to manage and track opportunities more effectively.

**What do you like best about Terret.ai?**

As a strategic SaaS seller, Boostup.ai gives me INSTANT insight into my  pipeline. Any potential RISK is pointed out at a glance which has really helped me use my time more effectively and challenged me to be more proactive with my deals and next steps.

**What do you dislike about Terret.ai?**

Every time we have found a gap in the technology or a bug it has been quickly resolved by the awesome product team so I can't think of anything that I dislike besides some small nitpicky UI or small Salesforce synchronization bugs. A couple of examples: 

- The forecast submission UI could be larger and easier to add details. There is only a small text window that can't be resized with limited formatting capabilities. 
- Sometimes renewal opportunities are pulled into my pipeline. Other times the synchronization between Salesforce and Boostup.ai requires logging out and logging back in for changes to take effect in the dash. This is increasingly rare and the Boostup.ai team has worked tirelessly to resolve small bugs like this super quickly.

**Recommendations to others considering Terret.ai:**

If you are trying to better understand your pipeline so you can forecast accurately and make better business decisions then you need to take a look at Boostup. Beyond having better insights for your leadership into which deals have the highest risk, Boostup empowers your reps to better understand their sales cycles and the risks in their deals. Quick analysis of pipeline makes 1:1's and forecast meetings more productive. Spend time talking about deal strategy instead of the usual...  "what's going on with this deal..? what are your next steps..?. when is this going to close and why...? "...

**What problems is Terret.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- More productive forecast meetings with leadership
- Better handle on my pipeline without having to run reports in salesforce or fiddle with dashboards

I love that Boost Up allows me to organize my accounts by renewal period and track all of the necessary forecasting metrics. Boost Up also allows me to seamlessly share that information with our leadership team to give them insights as to how our business is doing.

I don't like that when the "customer likely to" field is adjusted, it will error out unless you immediately scroll to the right and add a comment. It would be a more efficient process if the tool automatically prompted to you leave notes in the same step as changing that field and have it auto-populate.

**What problems is Terret.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Boost Up allows our teams to track and analyze our sales data so that we can forecast our upsells, churn risks, and renewal business accordingly. This also allows our leadership to have visibility into the health of our sales.

**What do you like best about Terret.ai?**

With their recent UI overhaul, I have really enjoyed the layout changes and overall look and feel to the platform. Coming from other competitors, this was definitely a great experience knowing that forecasting is easy, tracking progress and renewals are easy as well as new business accounts + rollup. I love the added level of detail that you can include with boostup knowing how well it integrates with major conversation intelligence products like Call AI. Very clean design overall makes it a breeze to utilize almost daily.

Love how easy it is to have one place in order to update my accounts and forecast without having to switch back and forth in SFDC. Depending on how it is set up, however, you can run into snags, but for basic edits and date changes, etc. it has been an amazing tool for us.

**What do you dislike about Terret.ai?**

When you first log into BoostUp for the first time, it can be pretty overwhelming coming from other simple forecasting tools. For the longest time there were some challenges with UI and UX, but those are mostly fixed now. It's still not widely known it feels like which is something I wish more people knew about. 

The only other complaint that I have is around dashboard level information. When logging into competing products, it feels like I can gather and assess a lot of information about the account rather quickly which I would love to see additional templates and or functionality built in would be great.

**What problems is Terret.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clarity into forecasting. Gives me a thermometer approach to understanding likelihood of an opportunity closing vs. taking a look at false positives and arbitrary numbers. Having the most information possible, I can now quickly see where I need to focus as a rep to have the most impact. Given that a lot of information is housed within CRM, BoostUp allows me to surface those potential signals and convert quickly and make a plan of attack. 

It gives teams that leverage it, a realistic approach to understanding if a deal is going to close or not.

BoostUp.ai has been a game-changer for our sales team! One area for improvement is the limited customization options within the platform. While the out-of-the-box features are robust, a bit more flexibility in tailoring dashboards and workflows to our unique needs would make the platform even better.

The ease with which you can update disparate fields in Salesforce from a single location significantly increases productivity through not having to search around for the field you want. It's a one stop forcasting shop!

When I refresh after having been logged out, my View does not automatically refresh and I have to change View and then change back to the View I want but it is only a minor inconvenience that I have gotten used.

It solves the problem of having to search around for the key information on my accounts and bring it all into one easy to manage screen with easy to manage Views that allow me to slice and dice the data any way I want. It also allows me to update fields from many disparate locations from the one place making updating my opportunities easy.

I love the tool and the flexibility it has to help us customize it to fit the companies needs. The customer support is top notch. They work with us and help to resolve any issues in a timely manner. They have shows lots of flexibilty and created a lot of customer reports and views for us. I would highly recomend this product.

I wish we had direct phone access to the Boostup team instead of only email. but they have responded after hours when needed. No other issues.

BoostUp is very intuitive. I appreciate that all data is pulled from Salesforce in an organized way. My team is then able to check deals in and out for the current quarter forecast. It helps me as a manager do trend analysis over time. The software is also very customizable to fit our use case. I manage a renewals sales team so our forecasting needs are a little different than the new business teams.

Not really a critique but it is very customizable so you need to ensure only relevant information is pulled in your instance. Otherwise it can become noisy with all the data points in the interface.

It helps us analyze changes to renewal forecast over time. We don't have a field tracking changes to forecast in SFDC so we rely on BoostUp. BoostUp's customer service team is very responsive and quickly jumps in to fix issues or bugs. They also have a good feedback loop with their product development team and often will make product enhancements based on customer feedback within a timely manner. The product has come a long way in the last 2 years and is generally reliable and easy to use.

When we initially implemented BoostUp 2 years ago the product was challenging to setup (even with onboarding support) and features were not as advanced as initially sold. BoostUp captures all customer interactions (emails, events, etc.) directly from outlook and provides a great visual page within the app BUT they do not currently offer reporting around these interactions. For example BoostUp flags when certain competitors are mentioned on individual Account or Opportunity pages but we can't create a report of all customers that have mentioned X competitor for example. Similarly many of the reports/dashboards are not very advanced or helpful.

Engagement risk score doesn't necessarily work for our specific environment as we can have multiple opportunities for a given account being worked simultaneously - in the past by different opp owners. So we noticed at times it showed no engagement had been made on a given opportunity for months (increasing risk)  - I think this may have had something to do with contacts being related to multiple opportunities and tracking against some deals but not others. This could very well be a limitation experienced because of our salesforce setup, but I recall we couldn't work through it when it was flagged.

Pipeline dashboards are not very helpful and I am not sure if this is an issue with how our admin set things up, but it appears that when an opp becomes closed (won or lost), it removes that opp from being recognized and reported on as pipeline. so all it shows is the pipeline you have currently open and what time (quarter) it was opened in.

Again, maybe its an admin setting but the Deals Progression page only shows opps S3 and later. wish it was all pipeline.

I am in Commercial and have 7000 accounts. not sure what the accounts page is set up to do and how I can use it to my benefit.

The activity tab seems pointless. Idk what I can get out of 77 meetings in the last week.... are those only tracking external or internal as well? not sure.

Is there a way to see what inputs are creating the engagement and account risk scores?

Modern UI, the ability to flexibly create views and save them for later saving a lot of time flicking through screens  (or opening multiple windows with the SF forecast) to quickly get a comprehensive view of my pipeline and anything that rolls up to me.

The one thing that I'm missing is the ability to customise the columns displayed on a per-user basis. What I want to see is different from what my reports want/need to see, and despite the fact that I can reorder columns, I would want to view different fields for different parts of my pipeline.

Getting insights into my pipeline much faster than I could with vanilla Salesforce. Saves time week after week, for myself and most other sales managers vs using Salesforce built in capability.

In the same vein, makes pipeline reviews much more effective and conversational (rather than system/click-focused) so that we spend less time as a group to get the same or better outcomes than before - and at the same time helps us find gaps in deals or pipe overall more effectively - we find more of them, so we plug more of them - which ultimately means higher revenue and better forecasting.

Example: What happened to that $ amount from the Enterprise team that I saw last week? Historically this was a pain in the butt to look up in SaleForce but Boostup makes that type of question almost instantaneously available.

The one downside is that boostup doesn't quite think about renewal opportunities in the most advanced way for looking at customer retention figures. It helps, but it is not a one stop shop for forecasting proprietary internal customer metrics.

Could do better in enabling more granular currency based reporting. Ideally would like to be able to view in multiple currencies since regional and global targets are set in different currencies as well. I use it to track the opportunities for my sales team and identify areas where they are facing challenges so that I can adequately support them to move the deals forward.

**What do you like best about Terret.ai?**

- It's simple and syncs some of the data (close date, next steps) back to Salesforce so we don't have to double work on this
- It fulfills its primary goal very well which is foreacasting

**What do you dislike about Terret.ai?**

- Outlook log-in, our SSO has not been set up for some reason (Maybe not supported)
- No overall view of how my team is performing. I don't need crazy granular details into my colleagues deal but an overall sense of how everyone is performing would be great. 
- It would be so much easier if we could overwrite the deal value from Boostup aswell and this would sync back into the "forecast value" in Salesforce

Forecasting communication with leadership is easier and we spend less time on it with that kind of structure

**What do you like best about Terret.ai?**

BoostUp is an incredibly helpful solution for more effectively identifying, forecasting, and monitoring the development of pipeline opportunities over time. While I can't speak to the ease of implementation, the solution is very user friendly and is able to be picked up with limited / no training.

The solution is the basis for our quarterly 'blitz' reviews, as well as our monthly reviews with Area Directors, and allows my team to quickly surface opportunities that we should partner with the sales team on over time. The integration with SFDC is also particularly helpful.

**What do you dislike about Terret.ai?**

The amount of data (while useful to have in a single screen) can get a bit overwhelming at times. Likely due to the way our team configured the solution, but more tailored screens by level / user function could be helpful. Again, this may be a capability available, but it is not one our team takes advantage of today.

**What problems is Terret.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quarterly 'Blitz' reviews of sales pipeline
Monthly Area Director reviews of key opportunities
Forecasting success on a quarterly basis

All of the above use cases help solve cross-functional visibility problems we had before, and this enables us to more effectively target and support opportunities across the board.

How the format pulls up forecasting features, reminding me of the various projections due to my boss weekly.

I don't dislike anything. Perhaps there could be more features but I think it is great for what it is intended for.

BoostUp allows you to see the previous weeks forecast which makes it very easy  to understand what is happening with your sales number without having to spend time digging through opportunities. BoostUp also makes it easy to pull up sales opportunities. It is easier than creating reports in SalesForce itself.

**What do you like best about Terret.ai?**

I like at boostup exactly what I like about Salesforce: You can see and control your pipeline very easily.
Easy to filter, easy navigate!
The "account risk" is a bit too negative. very red everywhere ;) 
However, I am quite good with Reports and dashboard at SF, therefore the value of Boostup is not enough for me.

Unfortunatley I cannot say anything about the Implementation, Support or Integration.

**What do you dislike about Terret.ai?**

The added value is only so so for someone who knows Salesforce well enough.
It is very good for managers and makes the pipeline work easier.

I use it only once per week for giving the forecast. I'd rather like to do that via Salesforce.

**What do you like best about Terret.ai?**

Generally very intuitive system has been critical for our business, especially given our Sales organization has been transitioning to a revenue-based quota & goaling model. This type of lens is a brand new way to look at things for our Sales leaders, and BoostUp has made this big transition much smoother given the degree of customization the system provides for things such as forecasting, reporting, drilling down into pipeline specifics for sellers / sales managers, etc.

Simply put, the product has been mission-critical for us given where we are as a business.

**What do you dislike about Terret.ai?**

The only area that gives us a bit of pause is being able to see things like YoY growth rates, etc. but this is a bit more from the underlying Salesforce data itself and not necessarily a pure BoostUp issue. One area that we've struggled with as well has been figuring out how best to leverage BoostUp for executive reporting / data visualization coupled with doing scenario analysis / stress tests on our bookings forecasts based on pipeline generation. That said, once we become more familiar with the product we may better figure out how to do some of this. Overall minimal complaints!

As mentioned in the body of our review, we have transitioned to a revenue based quota and goal model for the first time in our company history. BoostUp has been absolutely critical in navigating this big, fundamental change for our org!

In a dynamic sales environment, BoostUp gives me give access and actionable items to quickly view  and measure performance on demand and identify areas to improve results. The User Interface is logically laid out!

Nothing so far. There is a bit of a learning curve which is to be expected. It took a bit of time for me to understand how to use all of the filters

Streamlined visibility into engagement activity.  Quickly being able to see my pinned views for my Open Deals on the Opportunity tab or on the Pipeline tab
