TerraTrue was built explicitly for privacy teams and addressed the common pain points associated with ensuring compliance with ever-changing and emerging privacy laws. The team stays on top of upcoming legislation and builds the new modules into the tool where you can toggle them on or off. The ability to integrate with our current applications and ticket management systems was a big standout for us; we implemented TerraTrue without changing or slowing down the experience for our end users. Some of the questions from the Data Spec and the Privacy Worksheet are repetitive but that is just the nature of confirming the information. Some people don't like the repetitiveness.
