With windows server we can easily manage our production servers. We can easily troubleshoot if we run into any problem. If one person left the organisation then you can get a new person having good knowledge of windows server very easily. Everything is so easily manageable in GUI that no other OS gives us that comfort level.

As far as dislike is concerned, killing the process and restarting some processes is somewhat not that great if we compare it with linux systems. But overall it is a great OS. I like the server manager app. It contains access to just about everything you will ever need to run the system. I still think a big downfall of Windows systems in general, including Windows Server, is how often you have to update and reboot the system to keep it updated and secure.
