TermTrax is a vendor terms review platform for in-house counsel that automatically discovers a vendor's full binding document set from a URL and analyzes it against the organization's own playbook, with silence gap detection and evidence-first cited findings. Paste a vendor's Terms of Service URL. TermTrax crawls the vendor's site, follows every incorporation by reference however many levels deep, and shows the full set of candidate documents. A short set of multiple-choice questions about how your organization will use the software narrows that set to the documents that actually apply, and every document shows why it is in or out. TermTrax then reviews the applicable documents against your playbook. Every requirement is accounted for. Every finding cites the exact source clause, verifiable in one click. When the terms are silent on something your playbook requires, the gap is flagged rather than ignored. TermTrax automates first-pass document discovery and clause analysis. Every legal judgment stays with the lawyer: the AI's determination and your decision are kept as separate layers, so you can override any finding and retain the record of both. Setup is close to zero. Start with the TermTrax starter playbooks or bring your own. Free trial available.
