TermReceipt is transaction evidence for online service businesses: coaches, consultants, course creators and agencies. Your processor can prove the charge; TermReceipt helps prove the agreement. Before your customer pays, they review the exact offer, price, refund and cancellation terms, confirm their email with a one-time code, tick four acknowledgements and sign. Every step is time-stamped with IP and device and sealed. The record is built to the US E-SIGN Act and UETA standard, with independent RFC 3161 timestamps and a public daily ledger. When a dispute arrives, TermReceipt builds a response packet matched to the Visa or Mastercard reason code, with a deadline countdown. Customers also get a Resolution Center to raise problems with you first. TermReceipt does not process payments, is not a law firm, and does not promise any dispute outcome.
