It supports human decision-making rather than trying to automate it, making it ideal for departments whose scheduling depends on local knowledge, judgment, and frequent adjustments. Replace sprawling spreadsheets with synchronized views that let you focus on the information you need. Make a change once and see it reflected everywhere. Filter by instructor, course, room, semester, or workload, while built-in conflict checking helps catch problems before they become costly mistakes. Unlike large enterprise timetabling systems, TermPoint is not a centralized planning platform. It does not require institution-wide deployment, integration with student information systems, or involvement from central IT.
