It's easy to use and customize to match my website. Implementing the templates, links, and plug-ins took me less than an hour. I always recommend it to clients. The WordPress plugin makes integration a breeze. Plus, they send helpful emails when terms are updated, so I never worry about outdated policies. And their customer service is top-notch. Recently, I forgot to update one of my cards on file and had to speak to customer service to resolve it; Melissa was awesome! Termly is absolutely worth it! 😄👍 Can't say enough good things about this service – it makes life easier! **What do you dislike about Termly?** The only small thing I dislike about using Termly is that I cannot customize templates as much as I'd like. I'm in the U.S.; some templates are strictly in U.K. English. I've had some people ask me about the phrasing of a few things, but it's such a small "negative" that I would still easily give Termly 10/10! **What problems is Termly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gives me peace of mind to know that my terms are always going to be up-to-date. ### 2. They have made it so easy, and they have been so available for help. I appreciate their high level of customer service, their copious number of features has been a godsend.
