I've been using T49 for a while now and I have brought it with me to two different companies. The standout feature for me is the milestone data that T49 provides. When dealing with logistics and freight, being detail oritented is key, and T49 delivers on that front flawlessly. One of the most commendable aspects of T49 is its ability to fetch data directly from the source. It's evident that T49 is committed to providing their customers with the most up-to-milestone information available. I am very happy that T49 provides this data through an API or through their web based product. What sets T49 apart is its approach to problem-solving. The team acts as true thought partners, actively engaging with us to understand industry-specific challenges. This collaborative approach has proven invaluable in finding tailored solutions to the unique problems faced in the freight business. T49 is a reliable tool for you to have all tracking information in one place, its not only easy to use but also easy to integrate to your current platforms. T49 will allow you to download reports of all information (historical and ongoing) for you to create reports or analize data, the way the data is store and shown makes it quick simple for you to read and use as yoiu please. I like both the " Containers at Risk " report helping focus on our shipments which require the most attention as well just the overall efficiency of having ALL our business (shipments) located in a single dashboard/location regardless which ocean carrier we're using. It's a great platform to track all of my containers and all of the relevant info in one place. It saves me from having to run around to all the different terminal wesbites for updates. I even pull the customs and freight hold reports to share with my forwarder seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Terminal 49? The price was a bit scary at first, but it's easily ammortized with higher volumes. We only wind up paying about $3/container so it's a no-brainer. Well worth this investment. The only feature I would to see added is to be able to pay port/terminal fee's directly from the platform as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
