We used Terapage’s \*Journal activity feature\* during a major digital transformation programme across our organisation, and it made a real difference to how we understood employee experience in real time. Instead of relying on one-off pulse surveys, we invited a cross-section of employees to submit short journal entries over several weeks. They shared reflections on system rollouts, workflow changes, training experiences, frustrations, and small wins.
