TEQ Connect is a talent fit intelligence platform built to automate hiring at scale. It starts with what you know about the role: what success looks like, what the job requires, and the person you want to hire. TEQ turns that into an ideal candidate profile, then evaluates resumes and candidate responses against it, ranking your applicants by alignment. It can process the volume and speed of screening that humans simply cannot match, giving HR a smarter way to prioritize candidates and spend less time buried in the hiring process.
