Tenor is an AI-powered workforce enablement platform that helps enterprise teams build confident, capable employees through realistic practice and coaching. Using voice AI simulations, employees can practice high-stakes conversations — from performance reviews and feedback to sales calls and customer interactions — in a safe environment with immediate, tailored feedback. The platform includes 250+ pre-built scenarios, custom scenario creation, and a situational AI coach that provides on-demand guidance grounded in your company's own frameworks and values. Tenor supports 10+ languages and integrates with Workday, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Okta, and leading LMS systems. With SOC 2 Type II certification, enterprise-grade security, and an admin dashboard that tracks individual progress and measures coaching impact across teams, Tenor is built for organizations that need to scale people development without scaling headcount.
