If the caller has recently contacted us via website and has entered all their information, we upload a csv to place them into salesforce. When a call comes in, almost immediately the tenfold pop out screen appears with the person's information. Easy to use and can enter notes directly from pop out screen. " 5/5 What do you like best about Tenfold? I make at least a hundred calls a day and Tenfold helps me seamlessly chart information from each and everyone and loads all the call information into our company CRM (Sugar) without any issues. I have loved that Tenfold automatically pulls up the record based on the phone call. All I have to do is type in my call notes and click save, Tenfold does the rest. Click-to-dial feature works very reliably and integrates well with our CRM, Salesforce. Tool also identifies phone numbers from other sources and allows easy click-to-dial functionality across several platforms.
