**What do you like best about Tenfold for Zendesk?**

Using Tenfold makes my job very easy. All tools needed for Customer Service are integrated into one tool. No need to open multiple tabs to document the calls received.

**What do you dislike about Tenfold for Zendesk?**

I love it! I have nothing to dislike about using Tenfold. It makes Customer Service Reps life easier.

Use this application, it's the best!

Tenfold helps us do our jobs more efficiently. No need to navigate to another tool. Everything that we need is integrated into one platform.  My average handling time dropped
