As a member of such an organization, I appreciate the features that help with member management and community involvement, such as online forums and newsletter features. Tendenci not only helps with data management and communication between clients and donors, but it also makes event management a breeze. Their events module handles anything from ticketing/pricing to automatically adding events to our company's calender and allowing our clients to register and pay right away. Although Tendenci is easy to navigate, there are situations that arise where the software isn't as flexible as I would hope it to be. This usually requires reaching out to their customer support team, following a long wait for reply. However, their customer support is awesome about being responsive, sometimes is just takes a while. It also is great about providing suggestions/help regarding increasing sales, membership, and managing multiple products at once.
