Tend is a service desk for small teams that handle recurring client requests: creative and marketing agencies, bookkeeping and admin practices, and small IT providers. Client emails become tickets with an owner, a status and a full thread, so the whole team can see what is waiting and what is due. Each client gets a private, passwordless portal to raise requests and follow progress. Document requests are chased by email every three days until they arrive. Recurring requests, approvals, processes, guides and SLA targets keep repeat work on schedule, and assets and renewals are tracked per client. Time and costs are captured against each request and export to CSV for your accounting tool. Tend runs in the browser, keeps its data in Sydney, Australia, and supports two-step verification. Pricing is US$29 per agent per month, and requesters are free.
