I appreciate the ability to see and hear students, share the screen, and use the interactive whiteboard, which makes explaining things more efficient. The recording feature is a big plus because it allows students to revisit what I've said later. Overall, the setup was quite easy, despite some minor issues. **What do you dislike about Tencent RTC?** I would like Tencent RTC to introduce a raise hand option like in Teams. If there are more than 2 or 3 students, this function could allow the student to feel less stressed to speak up and reduce unnecessary chaos. Also, during the initial setup, there were some 'bibs and bobs' that needed improving, although, overall, it was good. **What problems is Tencent RTC solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tencent RTC allows me to see and hear students, share screens and whiteboards, and stop after 30 minutes.
