A comprehensive property management platform that empowers every landlord to manage their own properties without hiring expensive third-party agencies. With Tenantcube, landlords do not need to use multiple tools and complicated processes to lease and manage their properties. Properties and units can be listed in the most attractive manner possible, and advertised on multiple rental websites with just one click. This covers a wide network of qualified tenants, who can send in detailed digital applications with verifying documents attached. These applications can then be sorted and screened thoroughly, with background checks, credit checks, public records scan etc. Once a tenant is selected, they can be onboarded easily with a digital lease agreement that does not require the presence of both parties. Rental deposits and payments can be collected via the application itself. The Tenantcube platform also offers one of the most efficient systems for receiving and addressing maintenance requests. Tenants can quickly raise a request through the app, along with relevant pics or videos. Landlords will instantly receive a notification, and can assign service personnel to the task. Live updates will be sent to all parties involved. Apart from the simplified software, Tenantcube also offers coordination services for repair and maintenance. What do you like best about Tenantcube?

Overall, I am extremely happy with how everything was handled. Darren was superb in keeping me updated and setting proper expectations. I liked how he explained everything and provided information on the tenants based on his background checks. The software worked as it was supposed to, very user-friendly and intuitive. Andrews and his team built a great platform to help landlords better manage their properties - with ease. Highly recommend Tenantcube for those who own or manage rental properties. What do you like best about Tenantcube?

Tenantcube is a fantastic software platform if you are looking for a solid and sophisticated (and fast!) property management software solution for your rental properties. Since I prefer to self-manage my properties, I've been looking for a software solution for several years but couldn't find anything that worked for my operations.
