With Tenantcube, landlords do not need to use multiple tools and complicated processes to lease and manage their properties. Properties and units can be listed in the most attractive manner possible, and advertised on multiple rental websites with just one click. This covers a wide network of qualified tenants, who can send in detailed digital applications with verifying documents attached. These applications can then be sorted and screened thoroughly, with background checks, credit checks, public records scan etc. Once a tenant is selected, they can be onboarded easily with a digital lease agreement that does not require the presence of both parties. Rental deposits and payments can be collected via the application itself. The Tenantcube platform also offers one of the most efficient systems for receiving and addressing maintenance requests. Tenants can quickly raise a request through the app, along with relevant pics or videos. Landlords will instantly receive a notification, and can assign service personnel to the task. Live updates will be sent to all parties involved. Apart from the simplified software, Tenantcube also offers coordination services for repair and maintenance.
