Rental deposits and payments can be collected via the application itself. The Tenantcube platform also offers one of the most efficient systems for receiving and addressing maintenance requests. Tenants can quickly raise a request through the app, along with relevant pics or videos. Landlords will instantly receive a notification, and can assign service personnel to the task.
