At times there are some features that seem like they were not thought out entirely. Switching to a different unit and finding pertinent information regarding rental payments can at times be difficult. We love using TenantCloud as a hub for our property management profile. We especially like the accounting feature as it allows our tenants to make payments online. It makes it easy with its automatic late fee billing feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can be kind of clunky. Since property managers organize their files by property it would be nice to click on the property and be able to see everything that is currently happening, limiting the amount of clicking around.. like a homepage or overview once you click on the property.
