My company has used TenantCloud for multiple years and I like the simple and user-friendly platform. It is also very nice that most functions are kept basic, but you have the opportunity to add on features if you would like to keep multiple services under one software or as your portfolio size increases. Tenants so far have also seemed happy to have a "professional dashboard" for maintenance requests, rent payments, etc, rather than just having an email address for the landlord.
