At first, the big draw to Tenant Cloud was that we could accept online payments, but other than that I did not like anything about it. We asked very specific questions about reports that I needed to run and was assured that Tenant Cloud was capable of doing so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? I had to manually enter all existing tenants. There was no direction or guidance in this process. I was unable to run reports for a particular group of properties. I didn't understand how I was unable to run reports for a specific group of properties or owners without including all the other properties that we manage. TenantCloud allowed us to accept online payments as well as the tenants to pay online. I used tenant cloud for 2 years and I had my account deactivated right before tenant was supposed to make a payment. I reached out to customer support and all it did was make my account not accessible. They told me I had to wait several days before getting a response. I let them know that tenants cant pay without the system up. It didn't seem like they cared and just said to wait. I'm now thinking of switching to another platform. UI looks good, and "promised" features look amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? I set up a property, added a tenant, created their lease agreement, asked them to sign it. They have signed the lease three times now, but the application still shows they haven't signed, and I cannot get a copy of the signed lease document. Support has taken a month to "resolve" the issue and still has not resolved the issue. They have gone two weeks now without a response. I plan to get my money back and go with RentRedi instead. Here are example responses so far: - "I would suggest re-sending the lease to sign or creating a new lease." - "At this point, we should wait until our Dev team finishes their work on the issue and makes sure this would not happen again. I will write you back once there is an update from the team." - "Our developers are working on it. It takes longer than expected to fix it. Your business is important to us, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible with a solution." Still no results after a month :\ I'm patient, but this is business, and I am willing to pay for a reliable tool. P.S. I think they are selling a BETA application because in the bottom bar of the website, it says, "Copyright © 2021 TENANTCLOUD. All rights reserved. They made it very easy for you to provide credit card information -- just to create a login. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? Tenant cloud is \*happy\* to continue charging you every month, even though you haven't "completed setup" of your account; however, they: 1. Have a customer service line that goes to voicemail (and no one returns your call) 2. Have "chat" online that is unwilling to help, can't cancel your account, and won't transfer you to a supervisor It's basically like the old "CD" scams that would get you paying a monthly rate and then make it very difficult to cancel the subscription BEWARE, even if you don't complete signup they will continue charging you each month AND they will be unable to cancel your request using any means of customer service (see [1] and [2] above). As our Support Team has previously responded via a support ticket, your issue is being under review. You have subscribed to a paid plan and was using our system. Later we have added a new feature called "Onboarding" and since your account was missing some information it was shown to you as well. Due to this, you must have misinterpreted the system onboarding. But the day you've contacted our Support Team, we have canceled your subscription. We are sorry you had such experience with our system.
