**What do you like best about Tenacity?**

The Tenacity product is new, and features are being rolled out into the production environment wonderfully quickly. The best thing about this is that if you ask then you get and you get it quickly.

**What do you dislike about Tenacity?**

So far, so good. Support is great. I guess sometimes logging in to the UI and seeing new changes and features can be slightly overwhelming.

**What problems is Tenacity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm ensuring that my AWS costs are in control using a view that AWS Cost Explorer cannot give you.

I'm looking forward to implementing a solution and updating you on progress. If you are open to it, we'd love your input during the process before going into production with what would essentially be another feature.
