The features and functionality in the dashboard alone are night and day better in IO. The way we have been able to pinpoint endpoints with the agents has been geat, especially on the devices that are roaming in our environment. **What do you dislike about Tenable Vulnerability Management?** The ONLY complaint I have for tenable.io is the reporting. I felt like I had better reporting in tenable.sc. The more we work with it maybe we can figure other options out or maybe additions will be made **Recommendations to others considering Tenable Vulnerability Management:** If there is apprehension about using this product, I would at least give it a try. Do the trial and you will not be disappointed **What problems is Tenable Vulnerability Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest solution they have provided us with tenable.io is the ability to see devices when they are not on our network. I like being able to set up multiple scanning nodes, but I wish some of this was automating and prioritized using the resources in the best way. I also liked being able to learn more about the defects (both the device and the vulnerability itself). **What do you dislike about Tenable Vulnerability Management?** I wish it helped me with me next steps with recommendations for what to do next. Installing the agent was hard for our team using SCCM and slowed down the deploy/scans. Lots of manual work to create the scans so they do not overlap with the agents or other scans. I also didn't know how to best configure the scans so they had enough time to run. It also seemed like the reports were not as helpful/actionable for a organization of our size. **Recommendations to others considering Tenable Vulnerability Management:** Have the team help you though the implementation so you can get up and running right away. **What problems is Tenable Vulnerability Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scanning devices to create a CMDB and also find vulnerabilities. I had a hard time integrating into service now without buying additional features or consulting. Scanning the data was helpful, but I need and easy way to mass patch. It seemed like SCCM was not a good solution for this. We have been able to create a CMDB and upload it into service now, but we have not been able to patch the vulnerabilities. ### 18. And it would help to see trending information displayed on remediation activates based factors such as remediation groups, types of vulnerabilities, and etc. Also, being able to customize reports could be improved as well. We use Tenable to find missing patches. Additionally, we can find out when vulnerabilities are still there even after patches are installed. The interface is easy to navigate and, since we use the cloud service, the footprint is light. **What do you dislike about Tenable Vulnerability Management?** While it finds the vulnerabilities, it does not help with the remediation. Of course, it is not designed to do this and we have other systems to install patches. There is a little learning curve and some installations before it is usable - for instance, to get full vulnerability discovery an agent needs to be installed on the server. We only use Windows servers so I do not know how it works for Linux or other servers.
