What problems is TempWorks Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

"TempWorks Review"

What do you like best about TempWorks Software?

Tempworks allows me to access information from any computer. It's a cloud based system which updates in real time. I use it for staffing and like that I don't have to be sitting in my office to access account information. I also like Tempworks because it allows you to populate payroll information easily. This database also allows you to customize searches which allows you to find specific information quickly. I do like how fast the system updates and saves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TempWorks Software?

When updating someone's personal information, I can't seem to find how to delete the old information. Another issue I have is that some of the customized searches aren't easy to configure/figure out on your own. Luckily, our office has a "systems expert" which can help on these types of issues. Another issue is that when submitting payroll information, the user needs to "push" through a new timesheet. I wish that it would automatically update this when the information is saved.

Tempworks is not cheap. I also don't like how clunky the database can seem. It's almost like a beginner database from Microsoft Access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TempWorks Software:

It takes a minute to get comfortable using the product, but overall it works better than the last program we're used to seeing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TempWorks Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

You don't need to be at the office when you're accessing or updating information. This allows our office to work on the go and continue helping staffed associates as well as clients during normal work hours along with nights and weekends.

We've also streamlined our paperwork to being paperless now. Tempworks allows our company to have applicants sign and update information online instead of filling everything out on paper. This saves our company time and money because now we don't need to donate man hours to checking accuracy, scanning, and saving information on to a computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for adding notes to profiles, frequent issues "

What do you like best about TempWorks Software?

I really liked the reporting features, ability to track budgeting and the notating features. Also, that I could track my teams progress each month and where they were at with their goals, as well as compare it to previous months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TempWorks Software?
