Nothing is set up to be self managed so they can charge you for every minor change and they don't have enough staff to keep up with the necessary changes. The payroll functionality is very limited. You cannot effectively manage PTO through the tool and it is difficult to pay our internal staff. The issue is their lack of flexibility in integration partners. There are a lot of functions and features that we simply don't use in our day to day operations, so it can be overwhelming at times. We simply work around the items we don't use, but I would much rather have too many features than too little. Once you figure out how to enter in the necessary information, it is an easy system to use and very effective at running payroll and billing.
