The way you can manage reports, teams and also the time logged in Tempo Timesheet makes the app a must have. I recommand people who use the time logging feature on JIRA to also have Tempo installed. If there is something I can say is that the performance on server edition might slow down your instance if you have a ton of users and you want to export reports. What do you dislike about Tempo? Cannot plan time by project - huge need in Software Industry. Currently you plan time by dedicating person X amount on Y project. It would be nice to take Y project and then dedicate X amount of employee. Just vice versa of how it is done now. Cant track time by project. Billable time and customer accounts are difficult to use. The team was also very happy to log their time without much effort as Tempo allows to capture the spent time in various ways such as mobile app and chrome plugin. Calendar integration - one click to record time, and even automatically determine task to record against Drag and drop issues on days to create entries Day view or grid view - different modes of entering, viewing and thinking about time entry Ability to set favourite issues so able to work from a small list that is current for you Ties into existing Jira workflow, so it sits right alongside existing standard tooling Oh, and there's a mobile app too! Easy to setup and use. Good for time tracking. The reporting functionality allows users to create custom time reports based on user, project, account, and several other category designations, which is great for organizing and assessing your time data. I don't like how Tempo loads slowly, and if you click "charge time" or anything Tempo related before a page COMPLETELY finishes loading, you get an error. This costs me a few seconds every day.
