Because it connects directly to Jira, it automatically pulls information in real-time, which means your team’s tasks, deadlines, and overall progress are always up-to-date without having to do anything. This means you won’t have to waste time copying and pasting information or relying on outdated information. The tool employs color-coded bars to enable a quick evaluation: red for a team member who is overwhelmed, blue for a team member who is underworked, and green for a balanced workload. The UI can sometimes feel a bit heavy or slow when loading large plans or when dealing with multiple users at once. There is little flexibility for sudden changes, such as last-minute changes, urgent work, or unexpected tasks. Problem: Employees are suffering from burnout because work is being assigned to them in a random, irregular fashion without any organized process. Solution: We created a red, yellow, and green visibility system that shows who is at capacity or idle before any new tasks are assigned. Problem: Managers have no visibility into what teams are working on in the coming months. Setting up administrator permissions is also complicated and requires a complex configuration to get it right. On top of that, minor technical glitches seem to occur all the time.
