TemplateDocs is a document generation and automation platform that helps businesses turn their existing Word templates into automated document workflows. Users can generate polished Word and PDF documents from forms, business data, API calls, webhooks, or connected apps - without rebuilding their templates in a proprietary editor. Beyond document generation, TemplateDocs can automate the entire document process. Its visual workflow builder connects data collection, business rules, document generation, email delivery, and cloud storage in a single repeatable workflow. Conditions and formulas can be used to route processes, calculate values, and customize documents based on incoming data. Teams can create shareable forms for collecting information, generate documents in bulk, or integrate TemplateDocs into existing systems through its REST API, webhooks, and integrations with popular automation and business tools. Generated documents can remain editable as Word files or be converted to PDF for delivery. TemplateDocs is designed for businesses that regularly create documents such as proposals, contracts, agreements, invoices, certificates, reports, onboarding documents, and other document-based workflows. It can be used by operations teams, law firms, real estate agencies, HR teams, developers, and other organizations looking to reduce repetitive document work. With TemplateDocs, businesses can continue using familiar Word templates while automating the repetitive work around collecting data, generating documents, delivering them, and keeping records organized.
