The billing and security of Telnyx need work. I am still waiting to get my account back after it being erradicated due to me trying to get my personal prepaid VISA card to work. They then saw it as fraud (haha) and not only disabled my account but deleted an account where I have vanity phone numbers I paid in one case, nearly $1000.00 for... I will be seeking legal action if they don't recover my numbers and hopefully my account soon as this is crazy and its the only way I will be able to be made whole again. Using Telnyx I was able to migrate from our existing POTS lines to a more affordable and reliable service.
