TellMyShop is a module for PrestaShop and a plugin for WooCommerce that lets store owners run their store by chatting with Claude or ChatGPT, free accounts included. You write what you need in plain words, for example "shorten the meta descriptions in the Shoes category" or "why is this product not in Google?". The chat reads the store, prepares the change and shows a before/after preview. Nothing is saved until you approve it. 70+ tools cover store checks and SEO audits, 404 errors, product visibility, product and category descriptions, SEO fields, translations, CMS pages, catalogue, prices and promotions, stock, sales reports without customer data, and drafts of replies to customer messages. Change history and undo for most changes, a daily database backup, and permanent blocks on passwords, payments, taxes and order statuses. Customer data access is off by default. Who it is for: owners and small teams of PrestaShop and WooCommerce stores who want to handle SEO, content, catalogue and prices without calling an agency or a developer for every change. Free edition: reads the store and gives ready reports. Pro: one-time licence per store.
