It's been two years since we moved to Recruitee, and initially, it was the tool we were most pleased and impressed with. However, over the last year, the real added value has come from our Customer Success Manager and Recruitee's overall desire to make the life of a recruiter easier, not just via the ATS but also through conferences, their blog and all sorts of other added value. There are a few other things we would love to have as part of Recruitee (offer approvals, multiple careers pages etc.), but all of our requests are logged in the functionality requests tool, and we can see as they do or don't become part of the roadmap moving forward. While it's a drawback when you find a missing feature in the ATS, it's still not a complete drawback of the system, as the opportunity is there to influence future evolutions.
