It structures our recruiting process and gives a great overview of candidates. Also, it helps to automate many steps (e.g. with automated emails). Outlook integration works fine and Recruitee is easy to use. Before Recruitee, we had no comparable software but were working with emails and Excel tables. I have been using recruitee now for more than a year and have come across various situations in which I needed help from the support team that was extremely helpful. Apart from this, I would say the Automation functionality (emails, scheduling, disqualifications, tests for candidates etc.) is seamless and allows for a lot of hands-on work being offloaded. It's also very easy to share the candidates with teammates, hiring managers, and interviewers. The chrome extension that can be used to add candidates from LinkedIn is a great help. The Text formating and the customizability of the job dashboard is quite limiting, and sometimes needs some tricks so you get the formating you like.
