What do you like best about Telesign Verification?

I liked the fact that it is easy to implement and provides MFA, too. Authentication is handled automatically so less technical debt and less handling of auth. everything is done automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Telesign Verification?

Fields like email and phone number and sometime een the personal identity number are incorrect or are broken Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Telesign Verification solving and how is that benefiting you?

We screen daily traffic for our landing page using the Telesign PhoneID API. Because our platform allows users to list and exchange listed materiala, we need to collect information on the sellers and send it to our internal vensors so that they can make adequate judgments about the authenticity of the order in a day. We use the Telesign PhoneID API to determine whether or not users are utilizing the prvided VOIP numbers, which is a common way to detect the fraudulent activity. Finally, the Telesign PhoneID API allows us to identify whether we can send SMS messages to the sellers or if we must route notifications through another channel. What problems is Telesign Verification solving and how is that benefiting you?

We utilize the Telesign PhoneID API to screen users for our website. Our business allows our users to sell us material, and so we want to collect information about the user and provide it to our internal staff to enable them to make reasonable and informed decisions when questions arise concerning the validity of an order. We use the Telesign PhoneID API to identify if the users are using VOIP numbers - as this is a common indicator of less than honorable intentions. Lastly, the Telesign PhoneID API helps us determine if we can send SMS messages to the user or if we have to pipe their phone notifications through an alternate means. The codes system is a little manual. Requires me to do a lot of visual references. E.g. match this number with that one to know what's going on.

It also isn't wholly reliable to similar degrees across markets. Interestingly I've found it much more accurate in determining fake numbers in Europe vs N America Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
