**What do you like best about Telescope?**

We have been using Telescope for about four months now. I look forward to getting the questionnaires each week. I feel comfortable sharing my opinions and thoughts on this platform, whereas sometimes it's difficult to do in person. It's also super easy to   use.

**What do you dislike about Telescope?**

Some of the questions are too general which makes them difficult to answer. For example, a question may ask if I feel my opinions are valued at the company and the response is a sliding scale from not at all to absolutely. The problem arises when I would answer absolutely within my department but closer to not at all within leadership.

**What problems is Telescope solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are not using Telescope to solve a business problem, we are using it to help build our company culture and create community.
