"The Problem-Solver: "Goodbye Software Downloads, Hello Instant Meetings"
5/5
What do you like best about Teleport.Video?

Using the custom personal URL (teleport.video/my-brand) has completely eliminated the “Where’s the link?” email chain from my workflow, saving me at least 30 minutes of admin time every day. I also rely on the interactive polls and clickable overlays during workshops; being able to place a feedback form directly on the video screen, rather than pasting links into a chat box, has boosted my participant response rate by nearly 50%. One unexpected bonus has been the high-fidelity screen sharing via WebRTC, which runs my design software far more smoothly than bulkier apps and lets me do real-time collaborative editing without the usual lag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teleport.Video?

While the platform works well for quick calls, the mobile app experience is a major pain point. I frequently run into login loops and unexpected crashes, which end up forcing me to switch back to my laptop in the middle of a meeting. I Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Virtual Events with Browser-Only Access"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Teleport.Video?

My favorite thing about Teleport.Video is how effortless it is to use for all our library virtual events. The biggest win is that people can join right in their browser, no app to download, no account to make, and no complicated login steps. This is such a big help for our older patrons, busy parents, and young kids who aren’t very tech comfortable. The video and audio stay really stable during all our live events too. I never deal with lag, frozen screens, or dropped calls, even when we have a bigger crowd joining in. It only takes me a few seconds to create an event link, and I can immediately share it on our library’s social media and website. I also love that it’s simple and stripped down. It doesn’t have a bunch of extra fancy features we’ll never use. It just does exactly what we need for story hours, book clubs, community workshops, and internal staff meetings. It’s reliable, easy for me to manage, and super accessible for everyone in our local community. Getting started was a breeze too—no complicated installs or confusing settings. Our staff learned it right away, and patrons love being able to join events with just a simple link click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teleport.Video?

There are a couple of small things I wish Teleport.Video would improve for library use. First, the recurring event and scheduling options are really basic. I host weekly storytime, monthly book clubs, and ongoing workshops, but there’s no way to set up repeating events automatically. I have to make a new link every single time and send out reminders manually, which adds extra repetitive work. The moderation tools are also pretty limited. When we host big author talks or large group events, I wish we had easy controls like muting all participants, removing disruptive guests, or setting up breakout rooms for small group discussions. Those options aren’t available right now, which makes managing larger virtual groups a little harder than it should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Browser-Based, Brand-Centric Video Solution"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Teleport.Video?

I love Teleport.Video's fully browser-based entry, which means no software downloads are required, making it easy for gaming influencers and beta player communities to join. This feature drastically reduces no-shows as participants can join instantly from any browser without installation, saving us from dealing with common installation failures. The custom white-label branding is another standout, as I can add our Horizon Games Studio logo to the meeting page, strengthening our professional image during influencer negotiations. The private meeting rooms with lock functions keep our confidential game launch discussions secure. I also appreciate the lightweight screen sharing, which works smoothly even on poor networks. It lets me showcase Valasys AI user analysis reports, gameplay clips, and social media drafts without lag. Meeting recordings being automatically saved is a bonus, allowing me to easily share valuable player feedback with the design team. Teleport.Video is streamlined and focuses on secure video calls, screen sharing, and brand customization, fitting perfectly into my marketing workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teleport.Video?

First, the participant capacity is limited. When I plan larger community Q&A events with dozens of beta testers and fans, the platform starts to lag. I cannot host big live player panels without occasional audio drops. There are no built-in breakout rooms either. If I want to split players into small discussion groups to collect feedback on different game features, I have to create separate meeting links manually, which becomes very messy to manage. Second, the integration options are very limited. I regularly use Valasys AI to organize player data and track influencer contacts, but Teleport.Video cannot sync meeting attendance directly with my spreadsheets or contact lists. After every player session, I need to manually copy down participant names one by one. There is no automatic attendee log export that pairs well with my community management workflow. It takes extra time to organize who attended our alpha test feedback calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"GDPR-Compliant Video Calls with Reliability"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Teleport.Video?

I appreciate Teleport.Video for its strong focus on security and GDPR compliance, which is essential for sensitive financial discussions. The platform's consistent reliability and stable video quality even during longer meetings give me confidence and meet our strict regulatory needs. I value the straightforward and client-friendly nature of the platform, as clients can join via a link without needing accounts or extra software. The intuitive screen-sharing and document annotation tools smoothly facilitate portfolio and report discussions. Its integration with our workflow tools, allowing us to avoid constantly switching between apps, is another advantage. The setup was hassle-free, aligning well with GDPR and German financial regulations, and the intuitive interface makes it easy for the team to get accustomed independently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teleport.Video?

A few small areas could be better: the waiting-room customization options are limited, and we’d like more granular control over participant permissions for sensitive meetings. The mobile app sometimes lags slightly when sharing complex financial documents, and the reporting on call duration and engagement is basic — more detailed analytics would help with team and client workflow tracking. "Effortless Video Calls for B2B Teams"
4/5
What do you like best about Teleport.Video?

I really like Teleport.Video for its extreme simplicity and zero-friction experience, which perfectly matches our fast B2B communication needs. The standout feature is that there is no need for anyone to download an app, sign up, or log in to join a call. We simply generate a link, share it via WhatsApp or email, and our clients or partners can join directly in their browser within seconds. This has eliminated the technical delays and frustrations we encountered with bigger platforms that required installations or account creations. Also, I appreciate how reliable and lightweight Teleport.Video is, even with basic internet. The video and audio stay stable, and screen sharing works instantly without lag, complicated settings, or failed connections. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy for our team and our less tech-savvy clients with little to no learning curve. For a B2B team focused on quick meetings, impromptu check-ins, and client demos, Teleport.Video delivers exactly what matters: speed, reliability, and no hassle, without unnecessary features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teleport.Video?

While Teleport.Video is great for quick, lightweight calls, there are a few areas that don’t work as well for our B2B team and could be improved. First, it’s missing more advanced meeting features that we often need for client presentations, like meeting recording, breakout rooms, or virtual whiteboarding. When we run longer product demos or team workshops, we have to switch to other tools. Second, integrations with our CRM and calendar tools are limited. We can’t automatically schedule or sync meetings with our existing workflow, so we still manage invitations and follow-ups manually. Third, there aren’t enough branding and customization options for client-facing calls. Being able to add our company logo, custom waiting rooms, or branded backgrounds would help strengthen our professional image with wholesale partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Video Conferencing with Stellar Reliability"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Teleport.Video?

I use Teleport.Video as my go-to tool for video conferencing and remote communication, especially helpful for hosting client meetings, team brainstorming sessions, remote interviews, and content review calls smoothly and efficiently. I love its browser-based meeting feature, where clients and guests can join instantly with one click without downloading apps or setting up accounts. This ease of access keeps meetings professional and on track, which is crucial in the media and communications field. I also really appreciate its stable, high-quality video and audio, which remain consistent even with average internet. The platform's simplicity and reliability stand out, making my daily work in media and communications much smoother. The clean, user-friendly interface doesn't overwhelm users with unnecessary buttons or menus, and features like screen sharing and interactive tools help present creative work and video drafts clearly in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teleport.Video?

While Teleport.Video is reliable for basic video calls, there are a few areas where it could be improved to better serve media and communication professionals. First, the platform lacks advanced recording and playback options. For interviews and client meetings that need to be saved, having more control over video quality, file formats, and automatic cloud storage would be extremely helpful. Second, there are limited collaboration tools compared to competitors. Features like live annotation on shared screens, timestamped comments for video feedback, and virtual whiteboarding would make creative reviews much more efficient. Third, integration with other media and productivity tools is minimal. Deeper connections with video editing software, cloud storage platforms, and project management tools would create a smoother workflow. Fourth, the user interface is functional but basic. More customization for branding, meeting layouts, and quick-access controls would improve the professional feel and daily usability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Video Creation with AI Magic"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Teleport.Video?

I use Teleport.Video to create and edit videos quickly using AI tools. It helps me generate professional videos without advanced editing skills. I can add visuals, transitions, and effects easily in one platform. It saves time and makes video production simple and efficient. What I like most about Teleport.Video is how simple and user-friendly the platform is, making video creation easy even for beginners. The AI features save a lot of time by automating editing and improving video quality automatically. I also appreciate the ready-made templates and smooth customization options. The simplicity helps me start creating videos immediately without needing technical training or complicated setup. The AI features automatically handle editing, timing, and enhancements, which saves a lot of effort and reduces mistakes. Customization options allow me to adjust styles, text, and visuals to match my specific needs or audience. Together, these features make Teleport.Video a valuable tool because it speeds up my workflow while still giving creative control. The initial setup of Teleport.Video was very easy and quick, allowing me to start using the platform within minutes. Since it works directly in the browser, there was no need to download or install heavy software, which made onboarding simple. The interface guided me clearly through account setup and starting my first session without confusion. Overall, the process felt smooth and beginner-friendly, making it a true plug-and-play experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teleport.Video?

While Teleport.Video is very helpful, sometimes the customization options feel slightly limited for advanced editing needs. The AI suggestions can occasionally miss the exact style or timing I want, requiring manual adjustments. Rendering or exporting videos can also take longer when working on larger projects. Improving flexibility and performance would make the overall experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Video Sharing, Needs Better Customization"
4/5
What do you like best about Teleport.Video?

I find Teleport.Video super handy for sharing videos across platforms without re-uploading. It lets me generate links, customize playback, and track engagement, which saves me time. It solves the hassle of uploading videos to multiple platforms and dealing with different formats or quality issues. Teleport.Video streamlines sharing, so I can focus on creating content instead of juggling uploads. Plus, the analytics help me understand my audience better, and the API integration with other apps like Canva and Buffer is smooth. The initial setup was a breeze, taking just a couple of minutes, and it's non-techy friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teleport.Video?

I've had some issues with customization options - sometimes the embed player doesn't quite fit my website's vibe. Also, would love more advanced analytics features, like tracking viewer engagement beyond just views. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for fast and reliable video meetings"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Teleport.Video?

I really like Teleport.Video because it connects in an ultra-fast way and the video quality always remains stable. Its interface is clean and the screen sharing is very smooth. There is no lag or delay during calls, which makes my entire experience feel seamless and effortless. Due to its fast connection, stable video quality, and smooth screen sharing, my daily meetings remain hassle-free and communication is clear. All these things make Teleport.Video valuable for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teleport.Video?

Teleport.Video is overall good, but sometimes there is a slight delay when sharing large files. The mobile app experience could also be smoother, especially when switching between call and chat. Occasionally, the UI feels slow when joining a call, and screen sharing is not as smooth on mobile. There is also a bit of lag when switching between chat and call. If the app's interface becomes more responsive, notifications remain consistent, and multitasking becomes smooth, the overall mobile experience could be significantly improved.
