**Describe the project or task Teleperformance helped with:**

I was working for them, and at first, it was awesome, nice people, great supervisors, a friendly team, and you can advance pretty quickly.

**What do you like best about Teleperformance?**

I liked that they were quick to help anyone in need. I loved that if you needed to talk, even if it were not about work, the supervisors would pull you to the side—pleasant and helpful people.

**What do you dislike about Teleperformance?**

When the company was purchased, the changes were horrible, from the new staff to the new management, to the new pay, the hours, the environment changed, it was not "team-based" anymore. The whole environment of Teleperformance had changed within a matter of 2 weeks. It was shocking.

**Recommendations to others considering Teleperformance:**

Teleperformance is a great place to work, but they need work. I am optimistic that Teleperformance can be a stepping stone until you find a great position. In this day and age, we have to take whatever work we can get to feed our children and keep our families afloat.

**What problems is Teleperformance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was helping customers that were having issues with their billing and accounts. Also was taking calls for new customers and filling out the paperwork and setting up their service for there health Insurance.
