**What do you like best about Teleopti WFM Integration?**

What I love about Teleopti is that we can easily check your task from time to time, it's easy for us to file a PTO, we can also access it outside the company premises.

**What do you dislike about Teleopti WFM Integration?**

filing a leave sometimes approved by the system itself however no cap allocation thats why they´re canceling it manually

**What problems is Teleopti WFM Integration solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it benefits me to manage my task time to time and to plot leaves when i needed it the most.

**What do you like best about Teleopti WFM Integration?**

The interface is fairly streamlined and easy to use. Navigation to creating new forecasts, schedules, etc is very easy and straight forward and there is a lot of good functionality in the system that you see across multiple WFM platforms.

**What do you dislike about Teleopti WFM Integration?**

There are a lot of small fields that have large impacts to your forecasts and planning, and the system does not do a good job of highlighting the ins and outs of all of those fields so that you know what to change and what to edit. It can be confusing to trouble shoot the system if there are errors, and it seems that there are no internal checks in the system to make quality/consistency visible at a glance. Reporting seems limited and is not easily accessible and is lacking a broad depth of reports that you'd see with a product like IEX or Aspect.

**What problems is Teleopti WFM Integration solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems that the system is helping us solve and is good at include our BPO integrations and uploads. The system is very capable and easily managed to be able to upload multiple third party staffing numbers in order to get a wholistic view of the staffing. I also like the way that you can view multiple skills and skill assignments across multiple individuals in order to maximize your multichannel resources.

**What do you like best about Teleopti WFM Integration?**

Teleopti WFM is used in my organization for scheduling and forecast. I like that Teleopti has a mobile version. As such, users can check their schedule from home and also submit shift exchange, vacation, or absent requests. I like that Teleopti has a desktop notification that alerts user whenever it's approaching their Break/Lunchtime or if any change has been made to their schedule. 
The reporting part of teleopti is very detailed and breaks down all aux that agents were coded as such as SICK, LATE, NCNS etc

**What do you dislike about Teleopti WFM Integration?**

There is nothing about Teleopti that I currently dislike at the moment

**Recommendations to others considering Teleopti WFM Integration:**

I highly recommend any BPO to use this application as its one of the best out their when it comes to scheduling and tracking agents attendance and adherence

**What problems is Teleopti WFM Integration solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My organization uses Teletopi to schedule agents and also keep track of agents' attendance and adherence. Teleopti is also used for forecasting

**What do you like best about Teleopti WFM Integration?**

I love that Teleopti is accessible outside of the workplace. Agents can access Applications from their mobile devices or at home.
Agents can view their schedule, Accept or request shift exchange, and also able to report absent

**What do you dislike about Teleopti WFM Integration?**

There is nothing that I dislike about Teleopti, and It works perfectly for my organization

**Recommendations to others considering Teleopti WFM Integration:**

I consider all BPO companies to invest in this application, and it will reduce absenteeism and allow agents to check their schedule or request shift exchange

**What problems is Teleopti WFM Integration solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With teleotpi we can post agents shift, run the report as it relates to absenteeism and adherence. We are able to track and see what AUX each agent should be in at any given time

The ease of use and the ability to create employee schedules within a matter of seconds despite complex business rules and employees shift preferences.

**What do you dislike about Teleopti WFM Integration?**

There is nothing about Teleopti that I dislike. Its a great tool for scheduling and reporting

**Recommendations to others considering Teleopti WFM Integration:**

IF you are looking to consolidate your programs to a one-stop shop I would recommend Teleopti.

**What problems is Teleopti WFM Integration solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Teleopti we can see what agents are supposed to be assigned to versus what they are is helpful when looking at adherence and ensuring we have proper coverage for all channels throughout the day.

**What do you like best about Teleopti WFM Integration?**

The history of the customer is good to have, like if the customer has an existing order with us.  It is always good to know if there are past orders with us to be able to see the history.

**What do you dislike about Teleopti WFM Integration?**

Space, I need more space. I like to be more open. It would be nice to have more information but in less space. Also, the chats are not stopped. They keep coming and do not go way.  I wish there was a chance to close them out by just pushing a button.  It is always nice.  I am happy that the information is just at our finger tips.

**Recommendations to others considering Teleopti WFM Integration:**

If you want your customer to know, we know their history, and we do have their information try to us the integration.  It is always good to have the customer know that we are aware and we are here to help.

**What problems is Teleopti WFM Integration solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None so far! So it's nice.  I really would have enjoyed if there was more space on the page to see everything. It is always good to know that the information of the customer is right at our fingertips.  Most of the time I am scrolling around to find information that usually would take me about 4-6 mins.  This saves time and also time for the customer.  The customer does not want to have to be on the phone with us longer than they need too. They are busy people that just want their issues solved.

**What do you like best about Teleopti WFM Integration?**

Teleopti has really helped make it easy to be able to view your scheduled activities as well as request changes when needed. The ability to view others' schedules as well has been helpful for when you need to see if a person is working on the day making collaborations easier.

**What do you dislike about Teleopti WFM Integration?**

It would be nice if overtime availability could be listed so it would make it easier for agents to request overtime and know how many slots are remaining.

IF you are looking to consolidate your programs to a one-stop shop I would recommend Teleopti.

**What do you like best about Teleopti WFM Integration?**

Teleopti WFM Integration has made it quick and easy to complete our monthly forecasting and make intraday adjustments to schedules. We had a lot of trouble before and had almost no forecasting, so we never knew what was coming! Being able to adjust breaks and scheduled activities quickly throughout the day using the Intraday tab has made it a lot easier to ensure our off phone activities are where they should be during the day.

**What do you dislike about Teleopti WFM Integration?**

Our Teleopti Solution is not updated; we are currently on the 8.9 version, making it challenging to follow help videos or even use the features offered to help our center as some of the features are a lot more manual than their newer counterparts.

**What problems is Teleopti WFM Integration solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Forecasting our volumes and, therefore, our staffing needs has been revolutionary for our center. Knowing when we need to look at hiring additional agents for our changes in seasonal volume or even knowing which months we have more flexibility in has allowed us to standardize our clients' experience throughout our business hours.

I like that I can see my schedule and the schedule of all of my teammates.

I don't like that are limited options for time off.

It is a great tool for scheduling. It features drag and drop so you can rearrange all members' schedules with ease. Users can alter their break or lunchtime, as well, if needed.

**What problems is Teleopti WFM Integration solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't really have any problems. Communicating with supervisors is easy. The daily schedules are detailed and easy to understand. There are links to meetings or trainings embedded in the schedule.

**What do you like best about Teleopti WFM Integration?**

I like that we can see our schedules a few weeks out. Being able to see my schedule in advance helps me to plan around my workday in advance. I also enjoy the fact that I can schedule my exception time when needed.

**What do you dislike about Teleopti WFM Integration?**

I'm not too fond of how we have to enter our availability time; it can get confusing at times.

**What problems is Teleopti WFM Integration solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teleopti allows me to stay on task with my schedule. I like the added benefit of Teleopti sending notifications before a schedule change.

I find it much easier that everything is tying together now and we do not have to depend on two different systems that do not interact.

There can be some issues with updates on the schedule but otherwise, it seems to be great.

Be patient and learn all of the benefits as there are many.

No longer having to update two different systems that do not connect is a great benefit.

For me, it is reports, I do not find them useful
