It would be great to add Office, PDF players inside.

What do you like best about TelemetryTV Digital Signage?

Excellent customer service! Highly responsive, great to work with.

Some of the reasons we chose the Enhanced License:

-Webhooks for integration with Emergency Notification System, Singlewire Informacast Fusion

This is a very desirable integration for increasing the strength of our emergency notification system to patrons and staff.

-Device status notifications

-Viewer only users

Our Communications department expressed that it would be desirable to have a login that Staff could utilize to log in and view presentations at will on workstations to provide outstanding service to Patrons.

-Group permissions

-Additional users beyond minimum included amount

In addition to the above, features which are generally available across the featuresets that I have identified as indicating TTV is a great general solution are, in no particular order: Device Content Caching, Cloud management, App Library, Playlist Content Scheduling, OneDrive Integration, Tag Based Playlists, Canva integrations, Screen Zones, Overrides and Alerts/ ENS Integration, Uptime Monitoring, Multiple Playlists, Reliable Live Support, PCI-DSS compliance, GDPR Compliance, Competitive Industry Pricing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TelemetryTV Digital Signage?

What problems is TelemetryTV Digital Signage solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are replacing an outdated and mishmashed system which was unreliable and difficult to manage. TTV will enable us to remotely manage individual screens and regions of screens across our 16 branch library District. What do you like best about TelemetryTV Digital Signage?

There's an app which allows HTML code input - which basically enables me to display anything onto my screens. The feature has proved very useful for the more sparce feeds I wanted to display.

Along with this, I can't fault the support department. We're in a different time zone, but they still make time to meet me, help me with tech issues and they make a conscious effort to personally contact me about product updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TelemetryTV Digital Signage?

Onboarding was a little tricky. Onboarding devices to Telemetry was easy, but the hardware side was really tricky, given we have lightweight android devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TelemetryTV Digital Signage:

Don't expect to pick up Telemetry and immediately understand how to use it - it will take some time to figure out what's what and the best ways for you to use it. That said, once you're on your feet it's a very useful tool.

We all miss emails here and there, or skim read bits and don't fully understand what's changing - but if you put a graphic in front of your staff, the message is much more likely to get through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TelemetryTV Digital Signage solving and how is that benefiting you?

Throughout 2020 we were able to keep our employees up to date and safer, by displaying covid notices, guidance and phone numbers for when they're needed. Similarly, we use the software to display notices about any major changes or scheduled downtime that effects our users.

Our company regularly hosts internal competitions, prize draws, monthly awards etc. I've made use of Telemetry to display live streams, live leaderboards, counters and all sorts - which really helps us drive the competition, especially amongst sales staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Time was one of the biggest problems solved. The prior program required a change to every screen and every ad. It took so long to make changes I spent all day on a couple of ads. It is efficient to be able to do one change and affect all of the screens. So far, I like everything about it. I need to learn how to manage the system, place the ads, etc. so I understand it better. The box set up has been a hassle at times, but I know that is because of the hardware we are using and you will be offering some plug and play options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are about 90% complete in moving all of our screens over from Digital Signage to Telemetry. We are still testing features on what we are going to be able to offer as far as sales packages go, we still need time to review what we are going to offer. We have a lot of businesses right now that just do not have good internet, so we are trying to come up with a solution for that because we will not be able to offer video, graphics etc in those locations. What do you like best about TelemetryTV Digital Signage?

TelemetryTV gives us a way to connect and inform all of our employees within 2 buildings. We run 4 screens which show daily announcements and fun videos. It's so easy to create playlists and I find more things that I can do with the software every day. Dave in Customer Service was friendly and prompt and patient when I had a question. What do you dislike about TelemetryTV Digital Signage?

I would like to see more layouts and maybe separate the free and pro elements. It takes too long to sort through them, only to be disappointed when the one you want is pro. My dislikes are so minimal, but I had to write something in the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TelemetryTV Digital Signage?

Ease of use and ability to be up and running in about a day. You do need to procure hardware to sit behind the TVs (as would most other solutions) but once in hand the entire stack is pretty straightforward. What do you dislike about TelemetryTV Digital Signage?

Native support for Teams and Zoom broadcasts would be nice, but there are workarounds. Ability to interface with the TV itself will be nice - apparently on the development roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use TelemetryTV as the display component of our 5S Visual Factory initiative. These displays are saturated throughout our factory floor and display content specific to that area of production.
