Telemetry is cloud based and can be accessed from anywhere,the interface is clean and very easy to follow. When using and setting up playlists and schedules, importing media, or doing any tasks at all you will find it intuitive. If you do run into an issue the support is great from a small question to something you aren't able to figure out, they get back to you right away and will work with you until complete. I wish there was a way to kill the hdmi signal causing the display to turn off (goto sleep), currently you can set active hours and the screen will go black, however you display does stay on. Then once you are ready you could turn the signal back on and the TV would wake up and display your content. not a real downside vs I would like to see this functionality. There isn't a lot that I don't like about it, but one thing I would like is that I wish you could view the whole playlist in a grid view.
