What do you like best about Teledentix?

Teledentix has excellent sales, support, and tech support people who are very helpful and knowledgeable in mobile, portable, and teledentistry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teledentix?

Teledentix keeps improving their software and adding features, and any dental professional in mobile dental care will want to work with daily. If they don't currently have what you are looking for, they will provide you with a "workaround" for the time being and add it to their development list. Teledentix® takes pride in the personal approach from the demo, to the on-boarding process and training, it has been a great experience... not just on the day you sign up. Starting up, running and growing your new mobile dental business can be a daunting, complicated, stressful, expensive experience…but I can assure you that partnering with Teledentix® as your mobile software solution…will be a down-right pleasant experience. What problems is Teledentix solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to schedule, communicate with our current patients and new patients in a manner that is HIPPA compliant and secure. All professionals and patients are busy and want to save time and have things be more convenient. What do you like best about Teledentix?

The fact that patients can make appoints on their own 24/7 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teledentix?

Not a big deal but the only thing is that you have to setup a separate merchant services than the one you currently have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Teledentix solving and how is that benefiting you?

During this unprecedented time teledentistry has been extremely helpful to communicate with patients. I can shorten office consultation visits by half or non as teledentix allowed me to do what’s needed before the patients procedure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
