**What do you like best about Telebugs?**

It's very easy to install, even in a non-standard environment. The customer support is exceptional. The software itself is very easy to use and to configure.

**What do you dislike about Telebugs?**

The number of features is limited yet, but hey, it's version 1 and I like software that keeps it simple!

**What problems is Telebugs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a software company, we develop individual software components for our clients and we also operate them in data centers. It's crucial for us to have deep insights into the stack and to see and know when a problem happens inside the software components. Telebugs is solving this problem for us.
