Telatris is a Microsoft 365 platform purpose-built for managed service providers. Most MSPs run dozens or hundreds of client tenants, each with its own licenses, users, and security configuration, and each drifting a little more out of shape every month. Telatris gives the MSP one place to see all of it and act on it. The starting point is current-state visibility. Telatris analyzes every client tenant to surface over-licensed and inactive users, unused subscriptions, Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness and adoption, storage consumption across mailboxes, OneDrive, and SharePoint, and security signals such as MFA coverage, Secure Score, and conditional access configuration. Right-sizing recommendations turn that view into concrete actions the MSP can take across its whole book of business, so license cleanup becomes a repeatable, billable service instead of a once-a-year scramble. The part Telatris does that most tools do not is remember. Microsoft keeps only a short window of history: sign-in logs for roughly 30 days, audit logs for 30 to 180 days, and no long-term record of seat and configuration changes at the reseller scope most MSPs work in. Telatris retains that longitudinal history, so the MSP keeps a durable, point-in-time record long after Microsoft has purged it. That retained history is what makes incident forensics, audits, quarterly business reviews, billing disputes, and cyber-insurance questionnaires answerable with evidence rather than guesswork. AI-driven analysis runs across both the current state and the retained history, turning raw tenant data into plain-language findings and recommended actions the MSP can hand to a technician or share with a client. Telatris is free for unlimited tenants, with retained-history views, deeper AI analysis, expanded insights, and evidence exports available on paid tiers. The goal is simple: help MSPs cut wasted Microsoft 365 spend for their clients while building a defensible record of the work and the environment over time.
