Telamont is AI software for general contractors that monitors all of a project's documents to detect technical, contractual and compliance risks. It reads contracts, specifications, drawings and addenda together, flags contradictions, scope gaps and compliance requirements, and cites the exact clause, section or sheet behind each one. Built for every stage of a project. Telamont works from preconstruction and bid review through construction and change orders. As new revisions and addenda come in, it reviews them against the rest of the project documents so the team keeps a current picture of risk. What Telamont does: - Risk detection: finds contradictions between contracts, specs and drawings, missing or duplicated scope, and compliance requirements, with a citation for every finding - Notice generation: tracks contractual notice requirements and their deadlines, and drafts notices that reference the relevant clauses - Boards and tracking: organizes obligations, deadlines and open risks by project so the right people see them - Triage: assigns each risk to the person responsible and tracks it to resolution - AI agent: lets project teams ask questions about their documents and get answers grounded in the source text Who uses it. Telamont is used by general contractors, construction managers, owners and developers, subcontractors, and architects and engineers, on public and private projects of all sizes. Users span the whole project team: executives and operations leaders, preconstruction and estimating, project managers and engineers, field teams, and contract and legal staff. Integrations. Documents sync from Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, SharePoint, Box, Dropbox and MS Project. Alerts go to Microsoft Teams, Slack, Outlook and iMessage. Telamont is also available on the Autodesk App Marketplace. Results. Contractors using Telamont find 55 to 160 risks per project before construction starts. Security. Customer project data is not used to train AI models.
