What do you like best about TekTrack?

This has been the only package logging software that can automatically pull information into the system from the packages we scan. This is a game changer for us because we process hundreds of packages daily and it alone has reduced our package logging time by hours every day! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TekTrack?

Nothing, I am extremely happy with the system. I do wish that some of the advanced features were more obvious in the program as I might not have used them unless I had looked in the user manual or talked with their support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TekTrack?

You can receive and log package as they arrive using a scanner. Has electronic proof of receipt signature. You can view chain of custody. Very efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TekTrack?

I love the latest version. This app has eliminated data entry for about 90% of the packages we receive. I only have to tap a button once for each package and the system automatically finds all of the information I need and records it! I have not seen anything else like this but it has made our logging process effortless.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
