Tektor is property development software built specifically for developers in Cyprus and Greece. It replaces the usual stack of spreadsheets and disconnected tools with one platform covering the whole project lifecycle: construction schedule and drawings, snagging/defects, subcontractor certifications with retention/withholding/VAT, budget vs actual, a live apartment sales map, broker and buyer CRM, buyer portal, service charges and the Ippodamos/EOA permit pipeline. Localised for Cyprus and Greek tax and permitting rules (Cyprus 19% / Greece 24% VAT, Greek 3% withholding on technical works, Ippodamos). From €199/month.
