ZOEY is cloud-based billing software from Tekton Billing, built for telecoms resellers, MSPs, mobile service providers and growing subscription businesses. It brings recurring charges, rated usage and one-off charges together in one place, for any service and from any supplier, so every customer gets one clear, professional invoice. Your team runs billing in a powerful admin portal, and your customers get a fully branded portal on your own domain to view invoices, usage and alerts and manage their account. What ZOEY Does • Recurring billing in advance or arrears, with automatic prorating • Usage rated against your own tariffs, bundles and allowances, from 400+ supported providers • One-off and ad-hoc charges alongside regular billing • Multi-brand invoicing for dealer and white-label models • Billing in GBP, USD and EUR • Supplier reconciliation, margin analysis and pre-invoice checks that catch missed charges before invoices go out • Customer portal with 24/7 access to invoices, usage, spend alerts and spend caps • Open APIs, a Zapier listing, card and Direct Debit payments through Stripe, GoCardless and others, and accounting exports for Xero, Sage and QuickBooks Everything Included Every feature is included as standard: unlimited users, all modules, hosting, branding and the customer portal. There are no chargeable add-ons, no minimum fees and no out-of-term penalties. If one of your suppliers isn't supported, Tekton Billing builds the connection at no extra cost. Run It Your Way Self-Managed: your team runs billing on ZOEY, with our specialists behind you. Bureau: our team runs your billing for you. Both start from £200 a month plus a small percentage of the revenue you bill. Security and Support Tekton Billing is ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials certified, with annual penetration testing by a CREST-accredited provider. ZOEY is hosted in UK ISO 27001 certified data centres, with hosting outside the UK available. Every user has two-factor authentication, and single sign-on is available for your team and your customers. Training is included, and you can go live in 1–2 weeks when no data migration is needed. Our UK-based team works from Caterham, Surrey. ZOEY is also available as ZOEY SP, for mobile service providers who want direct network provisioning, and ZOEY Rate, a rating engine for high-volume usage.
