"Went from Shopware to Tekmetric"
What do you like best about Tekmetric?
Tekmetric has made everything in the shop easier. From selling work using DVI inspections, 2 way text messaging, and clear work descriptions, everything works so much better than other software I have used in the past. Also the fact that it is continuously being upgraded based on real life recommendations is huge! The program integration with my parts suppliers is seamless. Getting the technicians to easily implement the paperless system has been nice and the customer support is fantastic. Features such as the parts hub get used quite frequently as well.
What do you dislike about Tekmetric?
The only gripe I have with Tekmetric is that I cannot figure out how to get the customer concerns to print onto the estimate or invoice. I add them as notes on line items. Otherwise, I have no complaints.
What problems is Tekmetric solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of cars and tickets as they come in and out of the shop. Ordering parts and estimating service

What do you dislike about Tekmetric?
the p.o. system needs revamping with the system generating unique p.o. for each order so they can easily be separated and gone through then when receiving need to make it easier to partially receive parts i.e. if i have a 2 parts that were ordered on one p.o. but one comes in one day on one invoice and the second part comes in later with a second invoice number there should be an option to zero out incoming quantity then receive the invoice for the one part i have which will then show the second part as still not here then when it does show up it is a simple as receive the invoice and you are done

inventory management is better than shop ware and the features are pretty high on what the software tells you

What do you like best about Tekmetric?
THIS IS THE HANDS DOWN BEST SOFTWARE!!!! Coming from Autoleap and shop monkey they lacked flow ! Shopware was the best until this was introduced to me ! Long story short , after initial on-boarding you wont need assistance again! If anything , you ask how to do some customizable things such as inventory or labels. Great product for sure!
What do you dislike about Tekmetric?
-Needs to have translation integrated within the app for bi-lingual technicians
- Needs small kinks hammered suchas (adding a vin to a customers profile, but doesnt automatically correct or fill-in missing information)

Overall rapid flow of service that i can provide !
