Tekliva is a web app for preparing quotes, following them up and tracking team tasks, built for small and mid-sized businesses that send quotes: HVAC and mechanical contractors, electrical, construction, furniture, machinery and service companies. Quotes are created in the browser and sent as PDF or link; the follow-up board (hot / warm / cold) reminds the owner after a set number of days and notifies when the customer opens the quote. Tasks have one owner plus people involved and can be linked to quotes. Integrations: Outlook / Microsoft 365, Excel import/export, calendar feed. A free quote generator works without sign-up. Available in English, Turkish, German, Dutch, Hungarian and Azerbaijani; all plans are free until 31 December 2026, no credit card required.
