What do you like best about Tekla Model Sharing?

Tekla modeling is useful for, of course, sharing models created in Tekla amongst a group, or from individual to individual. If there was no other immediate option for sharing files, this would probably be the first choice of the company I work for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tekla Model Sharing?

While online sharing of files and models have made bounds of progress, our company uses a more secure way of sharing and saving the models. The models are able to be saved to several drives so there is no loss of files, nor a leak if someone was able to hack the network. Thus, my company uses an in-company network to share, save, and protect files and models. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Tekla Model Sharing:

If files don't need to be protected other than the generic coverage, definitely a good option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tekla Model Sharing solving and how is that benefiting you?

Even though my company is a heavy Tekla user, model sharing is not really used. We have the in-company network that we work with. However, the sharing program is easily accessible on Tekla - as I have accidently opened it several times when using Tekla. Communication for projects is key, so having a program that helps with that aspect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
